第 69 章

1. 〔大衛的詩、交與伶長、調用百合花。〕 神阿、求你救我.因為眾水要淹沒我。
For the director of music. To the tune of"Lilies." Of David. Save me, O God, for the waters have come up to my neck.
2. 我陷在深淤泥中、沒有立腳之地.我到了深水中.大水漫過我身。
I sink in the miry depths, where there is no foothold. I have come into the deep waters; the floods engulf me.
3. 我因呼求困乏、喉嚨發乾.我因等候 神、眼睛失明。
I am worn out calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God.
4. 無故恨我的、比我頭髮還多.無理與我為仇、要把我剪除的、甚為強盛.我沒有搶奪的、要叫我償還。
Those who hate me without reason outnumber the hairs of my head; many are my enemies without cause, those who seek to destroy me. I am forced to restore what I did not steal.
5.  神阿、我的愚昧你原知道.我的罪愆不能隱瞞。
You know my folly, O God; my guilt is not hidden from you.
6. 萬軍的主耶和華阿、求你叫那等候你的、不要因我蒙羞.以色列的 神阿、求你叫那尋求你的、不要因我受辱。
May those who hope in you not be disgraced because of me, O Lord, the LORD Almighty; may those who seek you not be put to shame because of me, O God of Israel.
7. 因我為你的緣故受了辱罵、滿面羞愧。
For I endure scorn for your sake, and shame covers my face.
8. 我的弟兄看我為外路人.我的同胞看我為外邦人。
I am a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my own mother's sons;
9. 因我為你的殿心裡焦急、如同火燒.並且辱罵你人的辱罵、都落在我身上。
for zeal for your house consumes me, and the insults of those who insult you fall on me.
10. 我哭泣、以禁食刻苦我心、這倒算為我的羞辱。
When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn;
11. 我拿麻布當衣裳、就成了他們的笑談。
when I put on sackcloth, people make sport of me.
12. 坐在城門口的談論我.酒徒也以我為歌曲。
Those who sit at the gate mock me, and I am the song of the drunkards.
13. 但我在悅納的時候、向你耶和華祈禱. 神阿、求你按你豐盛的慈愛、憑你拯救的誠實、應允我。
But I pray to you, O LORD, in the time of your favor; in your great love, O God, answer me with your sure salvation.
14. 求你搭救我出離淤泥、不叫我陷在其中.求你使我脫離那些恨我的人、使我出離深水。
Rescue me from the mire, do not let me sink; deliver me from those who hate me, from the deep waters.
15. 求你不容大水漫過我、不容深淵吞滅我、不容坑坎在我以上合口。
Do not let the floodwaters engulf me or the depths swallow me up or the pit close its mouth over me.
16. 耶和華阿、求你應允我、因為你的慈愛本為美好.求你按你豐盛的慈悲、回轉眷顧我。
Answer me, O LORD, out of the goodness of your love; in your great mercy turn to me.
17. 不要掩面不顧你的僕人.我是在急難之中.求你速速的應允我。
Do not hide your face from your servant; answer me quickly, for I am in trouble.
18. 求你親近我、救贖我.求你因我的仇敵把我贖回。
Come near and rescue me; redeem me because of my foes.
19. 你知道我受的辱罵、欺凌、羞辱.我的敵人都在你面前。
You know how I am scorned, disgraced and shamed; all my enemies are before you.
20. 辱罵傷破了我的心.我又滿了憂愁.我指望有人體恤、卻沒有一個.我指望有人安慰、卻找不著一個。
Scorn has broken my heart and has left me helpless; I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found none.
21. 他們拿苦膽給我當食物.我渴了、他們拿醋給我喝。
They put gall in my food and gave me vinegar for my thirst.
22. 願他們的筵席、在他們面前變為網羅、在他們平安的時候、變為機檻.
May the table set before them become a snare; may it become retribution and a trap.
23. 願他們的眼睛昏矇、不得看見.願你使他們的腰常常戰抖。
May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever.
24. 求你將你的惱恨、倒在他們身上、叫你的烈怒、追上他們。
Pour out your wrath on them; let your fierce anger overtake them.
25. 願他們的住處、變為荒場.願他們的帳棚、無人居住。
May their place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in their tents.
26. 因為你所擊打的、他們就逼迫.你所擊傷的、他們戲說他的愁苦。
For they persecute those you wound and talk about the pain of those you hurt.
27. 願你在他們的罪上加罪、不容他們在你面前稱義。
Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation.
28. 願他們從生命冊上被塗抹、不得記錄在義人之中。
May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.
29. 但我是困苦憂傷的. 神阿、願你的救恩將我安置在高處。
I am in pain and distress; may your salvation, O God, protect me.
30. 我要以詩歌讚美 神的名、以感謝稱他為大。
I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
31. 這便叫耶和華喜悅、勝似獻牛、或是獻有角有蹄的公牛。
This will please the LORD more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs.
32. 謙卑的人看見了、就喜樂.尋求 神的人、願你們的心甦醒。
The poor will see and be glad--you who seek God, may your hearts live!
33. 因為耶和華聽了窮乏人、不藐視被囚的人。
The LORD hears the needy and does not despise his captive people.
34. 願天和地、洋海、和其中一切的動物、都讚美他。
Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them,
35. 因為 神要拯救錫安、建造猶大的城邑.他的民要在那裡居住、得以為業。
for God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then people will settle there and possess it;
36. 他僕人的後裔、要承受為業.愛他名的人、也要住在其中。
the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there.
